    "I ordered food from this location and when I went to pick it up, I saw two employees in the back having their lunch and eating in front of the food prep area. As they were putting food in their mouths and licking their fingers after eating, they touched surfaces in front of them and other people's orders that had just come out. I find that very disgusting and super unsanitary. When I asked to speak to the manager on shift, named Catherine, she seemed like she didn't care about it, so I declined my order. Hopefully, they won't touch other people's food with their filthy hands."
