This Baskin Robbins just open like last month but it been in this plaza years ago before it got a complete makeover. When I came tonight, they were not busy and there was a lot of parking spot in the Roscoewood Plaza that this store is in. The inside of this place is great and has a decent amount of seating. The two workers were very friendly and answered all my questions. I got the Oreo cookies and cream in a regular cone. I ate my ice cream inside of the place. Before I left, I got my wife her Cappuccino Blast. They made it quick and when I took it home, my wife loved her drink.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
