- RWRP WeinDec 16, 20251.0While shopping at this store last Thursday, I stopped by the deli department to pick up a few things. There weren’t any employees behind the counter to help me. I wish I could say that this was the first time that it’s happened, but unfortunately, it is not, nor is it the second or third time. I shouldn’t have to track down someone from a different department to be able to get some assistance from a deli employee. Also, there have been many times where I have stopped by to get some shredded chicken and there weren’t any on the shelf. A couple of weeks ago I stopped by, four days in a row, hoping to pick up a few containers of shredded chicken, but there weren’t any. At other times, I came in to grab some fresh slice products and found the shelves empty. I’ve shown up at 10 o’clock in the morning for an eight piece chicken only to be told it’s not out of the oven. Saturday, some of the salads at the deli counter looked like they had been sitting there for days. On Thanksgiving, we stopped by to get some things and there were two male employees just standing there talking to each other, dropping the F bomb like crazy. Inappropriate to say the least. There are a few employees there that are helpful and friendly however, with such inconsistencies with the quality of food and customer service I’ve decided to save myself any further frustration and shop somewhere else.

Thw white guy there was OVER MY SHOULDER watching me check out like I hvnt been shopping at this store longer than hes been working here. Meanwhile I watch 2 white kids steal snacks and no one even looked in their direction bc they are too busy watching me PAY FOR MT GROCERIES. I mean he was 2 feet from me and there was a lot of people in the self check out. Every single register was being used and there was a line and I dont look dirty or homeless either btw.
