  The past two times I’ve ordered via the app, this store has forgotten several items. The app has no way to call for help and they only offer a refund of 10$ which is less than the cost of the missing items. Ironically I used that 10$ credit in my most recent order, which then left out 2 cheesy Gordita crunches. I guess this is my sign to stop ordering T Bell 😞

  Horrible experience. I come here often for Stanford hospital and this was my go to Taco Bell since it has Tesla chargers in front. The past 2 times I came there were new workers and they are horrible at their job. I told them to put fresh potatoes in my taco and they put cold burnt ones on both tacos. I got a Mexican pizza WITH tomatoes and guess what… THEY DIDN’T PUT TOMATOES. When I went up they didn’t understand anything I was saying. The lady took my food and went back to the kitchen. Put cold tomatoes on my cold Mexican pizza. The cheese wasn’t even melted! Bad service!!!

  These young people ALWAYS work, fast, hard and are ALWAYS polite, I’m not used to that, but I have NEVER been disappointed at this location. I usually use the drive thru, but I went inside once and it had a few unhoused people in there, which adds stress to workers without security, raise their pay
