  Generous portions with a pretty good steak. Steak might've been a little bit chewy but overall the service was good and the atmosphere was chill

  Took several minutes for the staff to recognize (all staff were scrolling on their cell phones) us. Ordered the Cali Fries, last time I'll be doing that. Fries were half cooked and still tasted frozen. Picture below/above is what was left, more than half the meal. Couldn't even choke it down. Other items in order were also partially cooked. Won't be returning.

  We usually order takeout from Sancho‘s, and have been their customers for a few years already. Food is always excellent, and staff very courteous. Our favorite is their Super Quesadilla!

  Ordered an enchilada for $5.60. Went to pick it up and the guy didn’t want to give me a bag and told me “I’m spending more money on materials than what I’m getting from you”. Take it off your menu then lol

  I ordered a super veggie burrito, which according to the menu does NOT contain grilled veggies (unlike the regular veggie burrito, which states that it does). When I got my burrito and discovered it had some type of squash in it, I brought it up to the front and they did not offer to remake it, despite an allergy. I pointed out that it does not list grilled squash in the ingredients from the menu, but the woman behind the counter said it's a veggie burrito, so I get whatever veggies they have. I left my food and left without a new burrito or a refund. Horrible customer service. Maybe for the best... seating area has lots of flies buzzing around. Cash ONLY.
