I really appreciated her, I wanted to delete my review but I think everyone should know it as this can happen again and no all of us have $50 bucks extra to give away to a self checkout machine. ———————————— Yesterday September 11th, the self check out machine took my two $50 dollar bills and didn’t recognize one, no one was there to open the machine so I can get my bill back and finish the payment, I had to pay the remaining amount using my credit card and didn’t get my bill back. When I spoke with the manager, Francisco, he told me there were “no procedures” for this situation and that it had never happened in his 16 years there. Instead of providing a written incident report, he gave me a recycled receipt and asked me to write my name and phone number on the back. He said he would call me after they counted the registers at the end of the day if they found the missing $50. He refused to show any ID or provide proper documentation. I left and I could’ve come back today but as far I as know they can said “we don’t know you” and that’s it… so I just lost my 2 hours of work due to a malfunctioning self checkout machine plus de remaining money I had to pay with my credit card so I can cook dinner at home, I was frustrated yet very sad. The lack of professionalism and customer service is shocking.
