Not only did the cashier mess up our order, we had to explain what their own advertised promotion posted on the cash register said. Instead of apologizing for not understanding their own advertisement, they continued to charge us for a different item without the promotion. Eventually the manager arrived and was equally rude and confused by the advertisement/promotion that was on their own cash register. All in all, we finally got what we asked for and were never apologized to for the inconvenience. Although the smoothie itself wasn't horrible, this is the worst service I have ever received at a Jamba Juice.
