  Fleming's always does a great job, but this last visit did not meet expectations. We were a party of 3. My husband and I had steak and it was awesome as usual. We decided for the 3rd dinner to try one of their new dishes. My son ordered the chef selection short rib dinner. I make short ribs and we love them as a family. This dish was horrible, we each tried it and thought it was terrible. Much too much fat and not flavor at all. We should have sent it back but didn't, our fault. I brought it home thinking I could turn it into a dish or appetizer but there was no salvaging the poor short rib. in the trash it went. Love Fleming's but never order the Short ribs!

  Rather than Alexander, this steakhouse is much reasonable taste and atmosphere to enjoy the dinner with customers and/or friends. My fillet mignon 8oz is suitable size for me and the medium cook is so soft to enjoy the texture of the meat.

  Went for Valentine's Day. I had been here once before and thought the food was good. However, this visit was different. The bread wasn't good. We hated the red butter, and the champagne butter was so salty, it was inedible. There were 2 slices of what appeared to be dried prosciutto on the salad that was also extremely salty. We ordered steaks, and the waitress convinced us to get it medium. It was bloody, then she took mine back to get it medium well, and it was still undone. She offered to take it back again, but I told her that we would just take it home and cook it....which I did. The au gratin potatoes also had an off-putting flavor. I brought it home and tried to hide that flavor, but nothing helped,except eating it with the meat on top. After some cooking at home, the meat was perfect. It was seasoned very well. Overall, the service was great, our drinks were great, but the meal was awful.

  Service overall exceeded expectations. Went to celebrate Valentine’s Day with my wife. We waited a long time to get our food but being it was Valentine’s Day, the wait was to be expected. Wife and I got a chance to connect while we waited. What did it for us wasn’t the time we waited, again, we didn’t mind. What we really appreciated was Craig and Marissa (apologies if I misspelled the names) taking the time out of their busy night to come in and check on us. That small detail made our night. Our waiter too was awesome. Will definitely be coming back 💯

  Went on 2/13/26 for the first time and it wasn’t a good experience with courses! I paid a valentines (special) to get bread with sour cream as appetizers, a strip of lobster, steak was good but under cooked when I asked for well done! and a little kids dessert for $240 for me and my wife. The server did his best but it was not as expected, it was just a disappointment. I’m not a picky person but waking up the next day I felt like I needed to do this review because it’s just not right and whoever came up with the valentines idea needs to do better.
