My takeaway at this location: expect a subpar experience always. Ordered for pickup through Chipotle app for a 7:40 pickup. My order wasn’t ready until 8:30!! And the store was NOT busy, maybe 7 people max in line. When I got my order, 10 to 15 other orders all came out at once. So meaning the orders were just sitting in the back area just getting cold. Why not just bring them out faster? There were a ton of people just waiting to pickup. While waiting, I just went and waited in line, thinking I can just get my order fulfilled that way considering a couple of people were in line. But I. was refused, told not allowed, and kicked out of line. The staff wasn’t that helpful but I’m not sure if they were frustrated themselves or something. Near the end, while helping people in line, the front cashier ignored me and told me my order wasn’t ready. But when the large batch of orders all came out, it turns out my order was already just sitting there behind him. So it’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored but later turning out my order was just there.
