  Between the 6 or so locations in the area, this is easily the best Chipotle. Their tables and lobby are clean, they have pretty good service, and the food is always cooked to perfection. Only con is that the portions are sometimes smaller but I believe that's just them following company standards.

  My kids and I have been going to this branch once week for the last few months and consistently there is one employee who provides service with a bad attitude and managed to get at least one order incorrect each time. Even when asked nicely she is able to provide not much more than an annoyed glance or eye roll. If my kids didn't like the food so much we wouldn't have continued to go so regularly but I think we are officially done. There is only so many times someone can get bad service from the same employee over and over and not do something about it. Wish I had asked her name the last time we were there. Pick another location to go to if you can.

  One of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had. The woman helping me was unfriendly and unhelpful the entire time. When they were out of corn she didn’t even try to get more, just kept moving like it wasn’t an issue. When I asked for lettuce she put it on the side instead of in my bowl. I had to ask and she still couldn’t get it right. On top of that she never offered me dressing, I had to figure that out myself. It felt like she had no interest in actually doing her job properly. This location also charges $2 more than every other Chipotle I’ve been to. If you’re going to charge a premium over every other location, the bare minimum is that the staff knows how to make a bowl correctly and treats customers with basic decency. This place has neither. Driving to a different location next time without question.

  Tastes like every other Chipotle, staff is very friendly. Generally louder than other locations due to the proximity of the university.

  Very rude staff. They closed during business hours, which is fine, and I placed an order online and waited outside. While waiting, I was informing other customers that they were closed but still accepting online orders. After noticing more people were confused, I politely suggested to the staff that they put up a sign to avoid the confusion. I was genuinely trying to help both customers and the staff, but one employee responded by yelling at me and repeating that they were closed without even listening. I was simply trying to be helpful, there’s no need to speak to customers that way. Respect goes a long way.
