  Colin made my sandwich exactly as I asked! Delicious 😋 too. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly too. So sad that this world has been so crazy 🤪 you have to show your receipt to use the restroom.

  This place is a tease being that its open 24 hours. My last 2 experiences at this place were pretty awful. Last night I showed up at 3am after having just got off of work, I was looking forward to having something to eat but I was told that the computer systems were down?? OK great. The time before that I sat in line for almost an hour(around 1am) in the drive through without any car moving. I sat at the speaker for 45 minutes before anyone acknowledged me to take my order. Sure, you're open 24/7 but you're unable to serve anyone in an efficient manner. Glad someone got to sit at work last night and made their wage for the day without having to do anything

  Hello my Good Yelpers! Today’s review brings me much agony over something I’ve never thought I’d ever have to complain about and that is all thanks to Melissa. In my mobile order I forgot to ask for my sub toasted. shortly after paying and realizing I forgot. I called the store moments after completing my online order. At this moment said sub has not been made nor started and Melissa answers my call. She not only informed me that toasting my sub is extra cost if I didnt already included it in my order via the subway app But that I would have complete cancel my order and redo the entire order just so I could have my sub toasted. I kindly hung up and made my way over to Redo this process. Even though it’s free to toast, even though the sub has yet to be started and even though I called just in time so they would avoid wasting food. Melissa was rude, very nasty backhanded apology, and made me come to the store cancel my order and reorder my entire meal All over again. I’ve never in a MILLION years thought I’d ever be so enraged by such a tiny detail that could have been avoided and fixed without any headaches and bad mouthing. For THIS reason I will never be returning to this location. If asking to toast my sub would be this big of an issue. PS: thanks to the guy that remade my sandwich and kindly apologized for the inconvenience he wanted to avoid until Melissa stepped in and made this dreadful experience possible.

  If you can order from Farhog, do so. He is kind, professional and went above and beyond customer service-wise. He helped me and my wife not just figure out what we wanted, but what tasted good together and in what order, when we asked.

  Overnight employee was rude, twice in a row. Let it go the first time but not the second, he gives attitude and just says "here" when handing the sandwiches over. I still said thank you to which he didn't reply instead gave me a face. I don't know the name of the employee but he is an African American man.
