Made an order through the app to pick up, went inside to the counter and stood there for almost 10 minutes looking at my order sitting there on the shelf as my fries turn stale and my burger goes cold. I look around the corner and see this plus size young lady looking at her phone and standing idle near the drive thru out of view of the service counter paying no attention in my direction. By the time she came over I was too frustrated to say anything other than my order number so I could grab my food and just leave. Fire that worker she's dragging the service quality down, at this point I'd rather drive the extra distance to a different mcdonalds in hopes of better service.
