  3/6/2026 I walk into pick up a DoorDash order, ask to use the bathroom first. Upon doing so I'm left disgusted due to the fact that there is NO soap what so ever not even an over the counter soap or sanitizer to be able to properly disinfect your hands after using the bathroom. I inform a staff member about it her response "we're working on it " I then ask how are they keeping their hands clean & she points to the sink in the kitchen just nasty, what about the customers?! She eventually just cuts me short & starts dismissing me by say "ok ma'am have a good day over & over again till I walk out. Code enforcement has been notified & a report has been filed. Not having soap in a place of business especially that serves food is not ok & completely unacceptable. I took a video instead of a picture so I can't post it here only pictures

  Well for the price is outrages and the sandwiches are small And outrages as well. Not enough meat for the price and the soups are good but outrageous as well. Also ordered a regular sandwich and was given veggie sandwich not worth it! 50-60 for 3 people and small portions. IM DONE

  Although Panera offers a nice ambiance. The food has little flavor or pride. The coffee was more like tea of coffee, the service has little to be proud of. Our food was ready for 7 minutes and no one rang the buzzer. I stood in front of the register for 5 minutes while 5 people were behind the counter. I was ignored. I finally decided that it was not worth to ask for a different coffee, instead just left it. Everything seems to be water down even the hibiscus drink. I know times are tough…. Just look at the color … and as we are walking out a handwritten sign was posted that said the restaurant was shut down… what???

  I would like to thank Jenny at the Panera Bread in Palmdale she is an outstanding manager. She creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere and treats every customer with genuine kindness and respect. Even on the busiest days, she handles everything with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude. Her leadership shows through her team, and it’s clear she truly cares about the experience people have in the store. What really makes Jenny special is how she treats people: like they matter. She listens, she helps, and she goes out of her way to make sure everyone leaves with a good experience. That’s rare. And it’s the reason I keep coming back. Jenny, thank you for making this location feel special. Panera is incredibly lucky to have you. And thank you for making my Special day unforgettable.
