I was told the people that were at the speaker was still ordering. So we continued to wait. Then an employee came out and said they close at 7:00. I told him we have been waiting for over 15 minutes. So we were here before 6:45, and they need to take our order and I was told, sorry but that is not going to happen. He continued to tell me that they have to be out of the building by 7:30 and there are signs at the front of the store that state that. I told him that we are in the drive thru so how were we supposed to see a sign that is in the front of the store. He still refused to take our order. There were 4 cars in line that they refused to serve. To wait over 20 minutes and be turned away was absolutely ridiculous. I asked for the name of the manager and he said he was the manager. I said I wanted his manager information and he told me he would not give that to me. I then asked for the corporate number and again he said no. I asked for his name, he said Jorge. So I guess I'll be getting corps number on my own.. Thank so much Jorge! Worst customer service.
