Keep in mind the machines don’t accept physical coupons and often fail to scan them correctly. The lady at the front gave me attitude and I had to ask her to please do her job and assist me with my order. It wasn’t until a young gentleman stepped in that I finally received help. Seriously, do they not want to do their jobs? To make matters worse, the chicken I was given wasn’t fully cooked so I had to return it. When it was finally ready, they didn’t even call my number and I had to approach them again to ask for my food. Save yourself the time and frustration and visit another location or restaurant since there are plenty of better options in the area.

Fountain drinks are limited to drinks, dirty floors,sticky table's etc. I've never been to a pollo loco this dirty. I'll definitely not be coming back.
