The 2nd girl in green, (could not get her name) said in a rude tone , “I got it” . Her attitude was so nasty , and not what I expected from Dutch bros . Truly so unprofessional if you ask me. I could not remember the name of a drink, so I tried to give her some key words and descriptors of the drink , to which I was met with a rude expression , and shrug , and a rude “I don’t know” . She could up the customer service a bit? I think she should be hired elsewhere that doesn’t deal with the general public.

They didn’t say hello or say that my order will be ready soon. They just stood by the window gossiping for 10 mins. Then they went to the back and grabbed my coffees. So, my coffees were lukewarm instead of hot because it was sitting to the side for 10 mins. And to make it worse she brought it while holding the cleaning towel that had stains on it. Unsanitary and unprofessional. I’m not patronizing this location anymore. I’ll now go to a different one in the AV.

It is definitely very sweet, but enjoyable if you are in the mood for something dessert like. There was a line when I went and they only had one person outside taking orders. Usually there are two, but I had patience. No complaints about the atmosphere. At the end of the day, they are polite and I got my order right.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
