Whoever was in the kitchen at 7pm on September 8th just quit. I asked for a refund because we literally couldn’t even consume this and im still waiting to “receive” it. The fact that none of the other reviews haven’t been resolved either speaks for itself. This location is a waste of space

Within the past year or more Domino’s really has revamped their Pizza and made us switch from other chains.(IE:PJ’s & P the hut) 😆 Would definitely recommend this location for quality service and positive vibes when picking 🆙 the order.

Food and money was a tottal loss the customer service was just horrible to the point I just had to take the wrong order and still pay for burnt food. We gave it away to some homeless guy that didn't care that it was burnt just appreciative for free food. My families and I were still wanting dominoes pizza on our way outta town so we stopped at your store in palmdale. And omg. Not only was the people nice there and the food we ordered was correct. Wasn't burnt . They were super nice and this was all before we explained our horrible experience. The manager whos name I believe started with an H. I didnt catch it. Was so nice and helpful. Even offered to give us a free desert after hearing how bad we were treated. We declined but to just have the offer shows that there are still kind people in this world. So shout out to palmdale dominoes and the manager Miss H. We will be returning to this dominoes pizza no matter the drive they are worth our money.
