If they took more time to pay attention to their work and did it with quality in mind instead of speed, they would be more productive and create a more friendly environment for their customers. That would then attract more business and make them more successful overall. The culture here is clearly dominated by simplistic management principles and mentality. I was rushed to order my food by the staff, but then my order was halted multiple times because they had not resupplied thier ingredients, so it became a very rude game of hurry up and wait. When I expressed the way I had felt rushed during my order, the staff looked me straight in the eyes, but did not say one word in response. Its just immature and simple-minded service and I doubt I will return to this location for at least a long time to come.
