- DDDaraNov 16, 20251.0The cost of buffalo items is already quite high with my meals. We had requested a total of six ranch dressings, but only two were included in the bag when I received my order. When I inquired about this, I was informed that I had only ordered two, which was incorrect. They then attempted to charge me a dollar for each additional ranch dressing, despite the small size of the cups. I would prefer to go to Wingstop, where I can purchase a larger cup of ranch for 50 cents.

I tried to call to get a refund and they told me I had to call the delivery service, which I did and they refunded me the tip and delivery fee but NOT the actual order refund. They told me it was the responsibility of bww. So I called back and was sent to voicemail over 5x’s. Over an hour later I called back and nobody was able to assist me with getting a refund issued. So now I’m out about $30 and dinner.
