I wasn’t sure if they did custom orders and low and behold they do! The ordering process was super easy, pricing was super reasonable and it was super tasty 😋. 10/10 would recommend. The decoration was awesome too and customer service by every person I talked to from ordering the cake to picking up was perfect. Love ❤️

It was disappointing to see the staff immediately engage and be friendly with my coworkers while ignoring me, despite me being right there ready to order. I don't know if it's because I have a different look, but when i was finally acknowledged, I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer. I like this spot, but it’s frustrating to feel invisible when you’re trying to support a local business. Hope the staff can focus more on the customers next time. 👍

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
