  I had a very disappointing experience during order pickup around 8:30 PM. The employee working in the pickup area (a thin white male) was extremely rude and unprofessional. After I declined certain substitutions he left the items in the order instead of removing them. When I pointed out that this was not appropriate and could be considered theft he refused to correct it and said he did not want to take the items back. I reported the issue to another staff member on-site but unfortunately no one seemed concerned or willing to address the situation. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and could result in financial loss for the business if not addressed. I strongly recommend that management investigate this employee and reinforce proper procedures and customer service standards.

  This is my local Albertsons. I buy my everyday items from there all the time. I usually don’t have an issue with the meat I purchase there. But unfortunately, I placed a pick up order to go for a flap sirloin thin meat, and it caused my family to get food poisoning, I contacted the meat department and she was absolutely rude and sounded as if she was insulted when I told her. I just wanted to make sure they check all the meats. And she still went ahead and said the meat probably wasn’t cooked correctly. When I myself am a chef for a living. Do better, hire better, disgusting service and lack of protocols when it comes to contaminated meat. I’ve contacted you guys via phone and via the app and yet no option for a refund or a valid understanding.

  Nice store to shop. Clean and some of the staff are very friendly. Will find certain items on the expensive side but convenient to shop.

  My go to store. The Starbucks in there is not that great but the service is fantastic.

  This is my first time coming to this Albertsons. The people here are very old and rude. Asked for help many times and was told that I needed to wait. I also wanted to mention how dirty the store even the self check out where you place your food it’s so dirty. Was not greeted you guys need to work on customer service and cleaning. I won’t be coming here again.
