This Taco Bell isn’t a restaurant—it’s more of a live art installation titled “What If We Just… Didn’t?” I pulled up expecting food, but apparently that was my first mistake. The entire place had the energy of a group project where everyone agreed to do nothing. Zero cars in the drive-thru. Empty lobby. Staff inside casually socializing like it’s a Sunday brunch, not, you know… a place that serves food. Online ordering? Oh, that’s been mysteriously “disabled.” Convenient. According to them, it’s a “bug in the app.” Right—because nothing says “technical glitch” like a fully staffed restaurant with nothing to do. More like a strategic decision to reduce the overwhelming burden of… making tacos. And let’s talk about their Olympic-level drive-thru strategy: they make you pull around to the front of the store even when there’s not a single car behind you. Not because they’re busy—but because it magically improves their drive-thru times while you sit there wondering if your order is being prepared or just discussed philosophically inside. When I asked about any of this, I got the kind of shrug usually reserved for existential questions. No concern, no urgency. Nothing. Just vibes. If you’re craving Taco Bell, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. This location has boldly redefined fast food by removing both the “fast” and the “food”, and replacing it with creative excuses and a commitment to doing the absolute least. Lazy at its finest.

They try really hard to make you use the kiosk to make your own order. I do not want to use the kiosk. I want a human being to take my order. I want customer service. They directed me to use the kiosk, but I politely declined, and they said that it would be a while before they could take my order and made me wait. What happened to customer service?

I love the easy tacos at Taco Bell but the cashier was not friendly. I said "thank you" when she handed my food to me but she didn't recuperate. Obviously she was having an unproductive day.

I came to this Tacobell and they took to long it was very bad people started getting out of line in the drive-through. There was just one car that left and the husband and the wife ended up getting off and I remember the wife going back to the car so I’m not sure if they left and I was behind this elderly lady, she comes close to my car and she tells me can you back up so I can get out and I was like yes of course and then the line started moving when she left then it took long. I ordered quickly, but I was still stuck there. I didn’t move for like maybe like 5 to 10 minutes. I believe they were short staffed and I go and get my order and I asked for a cherry Pepsi. This lady gave me somebody’s drink. I asked for a cherry Pepsi. They gave me the Baja blast everything sucked. This is the worst Taco Bell ever

This is by far the worst and least competent taco bell I have ever been to. Waited over 40 minutes for an order of 8 items. When I finally received my order, it was missing 3 bean burritos. I went back and asked for my 3 bean burritos, they seemed somewhat apologetic, told me they'd make them right away. 20 minutes later I was handed a bag and said they were my burritos. They were in fact not bean burritos, but sloppily made chicken tacos of some sort. People were waiting at the counter trying to cancel their orders because of the excessive wait, and nobody seemed to know how to handle the situation. This is a terrible location and I will never go back.
