This restaurant was always a favorite of my step father’s. Unfortunately he passed away last year and today was his birthday. My family traveled from all over to come to this restaurant to celebrate. We had such an incredible experience. I personally had never eaten here before but wow, I can’t recommend enough! I see why my step father loved it here!
We ordered the baked Bri cranberry and muscles as appetizers. The muscles were delightful but the bri plate, omg!!!! Delicious!! I ordered the filet medallions which were cooked to perfection. Literally exactly the way I asked, the medallions melt in your mouth. For desert we had the crème brule and again, just perfect.
Our server was so knowledgeable and attentive to our table. The owners were incredibly sweet and accommodating of us.
Thank you JC and your lovely wife for making this such a special night for our family. We are so appreciative!!!

Dinner at Pomme Frite was nothing short of exceptional. My partner and I shared two pounds of mussels, the nightly special rack of lamb, and the pork shank and we finished every single bite with zero regrets. Every dish was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The cocktails were outstanding, the service was warm and attentive, and the candlelit outdoor patio made the whole evening feel incredibly special. Truly a flawless dining experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The Valentine dinner here was very disappointing!
$85 per person for a set three-course menu. After the appetizer, we waited for more than one hour for the entrees. Then another long time for the desert. A lot of customers waited even longer. We remained patient but some people started to get upset about the delay. People may have other arrangements after dinner and if it takes 2~3 hours to get your food, it would be a horrible experience.
As for the quality of the food, the deserts are excellent. However, most of the seafood dishes let us down. The sea bass tastes a bit too fishy and greasy. The clam & mussel is not tasting good either. Duck is OK.
Overall, very disappointing valentine dining experience. Hope they do better next year

We had a nice evening after being reseated to inside of the restaurant and away from some of their patrons talking loud fueled by beers. Honestly their food was very good, although wife didn’t particularly enjoy her entree. We liked the drunken mussels (1 lbs), the beef stew (cooked in beer), crispy salmon filet in Bernaise sauce, and the dessert trio. Definitely recommend!

Our experience last night was horrible, but the main reason I am leaving a one-star review is because my friend got food poisoning. We were there last night for their Valentine’s Day special pre-fixed menu and she got food poisoning from the short ribs dish (we both got the escargot, she ordered short ribs and I ordered the duck, and she ordered chocolate mousse but received creme brûlée and I ordered the tiramisu.) I’m very thankful that I did not get food poisoning, but the duck that I did order was dry and tasted more like orange chicken and fries. Additionally, it took 3 hours for us to get our food, we were seated outside in February and the heat lamp was out of gas so we were freezing, and they were running out of the dishes that we had ordered (had to order a dessert due to the pre-fixed menu structure, and then they ran out of the only dessert my friend was interested in - the chocolate mousse.) Our waiter, Daniel, was truly excellent in service even as the restaurant was crowded and chaotic (makes sense for a Saturday-Valentine’s Day over a 3-day weekend, but this felt egregious). I had loved my previous experience a few years ago when I ordered the filet mignon medallions, but +$200 for this experience makes this so bad that I’ll never return.
