This isn’t a supply chain issue. It’s a management issue. Panera charges premium prices but can’t handle basic inventory? If you’re selling $15 salads, the bare minimum expectation is that you actually have lettuce. Doing nothing to fix it—no substitution, no quick run next door, no solution at all—is unacceptable. This location is constantly out of core ingredients, which tells you everything you need to know about how it’s run. Either plan better, manage better, or stop charging upscale prices for fast-casual incompetence. Embarrassing.
