  The older female employees are disrespectful if you ask for ranch. lol my son doesn’t like ketchup, I told her, this is the only McDonald’s that refuses I have no problem at any other McDonald’s in the valley. She than handed me a ranch with attitude saying, “well I’ll talk to my boss and tell them that people are giving out ranch when there not supposed to.” Like Wtheck. I was embarrassed for her, I feel bad for the young kid employees also theyre so rude to them. The restaurant was also full of flys and tables were dirty. I don’t do reviews but this was not the first time this happened here. No class unprofessional.

  Fraud. Placed an order through the McD app on 12/15/2025 at 07:17pm, waited in front of the counter after we got done shopping at Walmart and finally had to ask if my order was ready. I was then told they were out of fish. I asked for a refund, was informed by the store manager that they could not issue refunds in-store. Could not cancel my order through the app either even though I did not received ANY of the items. Not sure if it’s a McD app flaw or if the store marked the order as complete on their end even though they did not complete my order. I had to call corporate the next day, was informed by the rep that the store leader would contact me regarding the refund. It is now 2/27/2026 and no one from McDonald’s has ever reached out to me or issued the refund. I followed up with corporate a few times, kept getting told the same thing. They basically charged me in full for an order that I never received.

  Associates were hustling and working with a sense of urgency. However, the location was severely short staffed and the wait times were excruciating.

  Ordered through the mobile app earlier this week so I could pick up and eat at home. Once I got home I noticed I hadn’t received an item, so I drove back to store to ask. The young man working there was so rude and full of ego he couldn’t own up to his mistake. Manager there was also rude and no help. Did forgetting one breakfast sandwich really hurt their ego?
