    I know when most people go to McDonald’s they almost expect something to be wrong with their order, but is it really that hard to at least have good customer service and fix your mistakes since the customer is paying for it? I had the worst experience at this McDonald’s, and something as simple as asking for no lettuce on my burger, it was on my order and printed on the receipt as well as printed on the box, but I swear it’s like it was loaded with extra lettuce. The woman cashier who was also taking the orders was so rude and made what was already a rough day even worse. I will never come back here. So upset by the time I got home I didn’t even want to eat my food. Come on customer service workers, let’s do better.

    $7.84 for a cold hash brown and a barely lukewarm Mcmuffin. And they wonder why they’re losing business. Call the customer service number advertised at the register to give feedback and there’s no voicemail. Total fail.

    I haven't raved about a fast food establishment in probably 20 years, but on a recent visit to this McDonald's, I had such an exceptional experience thanks to the associate named Lisette, who graciously and cheerfully helped me at the register without brusquely ordering me to order from the kiosk, which I don't like, don't get, and don't want to use. The sad was patient, mid suggestions, explain things, and I left with late dinner for four add greater value than expected, thanks solicit suggestions, and that happy feeling do you got when you've been treated right in any establishment. Three chairs to the other associates on duty because the restaurant was clean, and the food was hot. It was a Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah Day, rather, evening. That is to say, it was an exceptional visit to McDonald's, the food was delicious, and a hard worker and find person named the set made sure that I would come again. And I will.

    Bring back staff at the front of store! Kiosk ordering is annoying. Staff coming back and forth from kitchen area ignored us and just yelled out order#'s.

    Customer service is terrible. The manger are unprofessional. Not abiding by policy. Just go to a different McDonald this one is not worth it at all
