There were many customers waiting for the new Starbucks bear release, but the employees took them all for themselves before any of us had the chance to buy one. ALBERTSONS employees !! This happened during working hours, not on their personal time, which makes it even worse. It’s really disappointing that customers who waited patiently weren’t given a fair chance, while staff prioritized themselves instead. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unfair to loyal customers. Definitely a zero star experience. NOT going here again, they only do the job when they want not when it’s suppose to be done , completely unbelievable and unacceptable !

My cashier, Jolene, was not particularly friendly and did not allow me to enter my phone number for my rewards or discounts. While I was bagging my own groceries to help move the line along, she finalized my $181.27 order before I could add my number. When I politely asked if I could still enter it, she told me she would have to rescan everything, which I didn’t want to inconvenience other customers with. I decided to pay and leave, but I left feeling disappointed with the lack of courtesy and customer service I experienced today.
