  8 dollars for a six dollar biggie bag. We are overcharged as it is. But they get away with charging more because they’re not corporate. I’d rather drive the extra mile to save two dollars. These places pull record profits each year yet prices just keep rising

  It's Wendy's. I know what I'm in for food. What grinds my gears is that every single time I order it's can you please park. Same issue as I read in other reviews. Park and get forgotten. Always have to go inside to fetch my food because it's never a reasonable time. There is absolutely nothing fast about anything yall accomplish. Online ordering is just as bad placed an order clicked on the app have it ready now. Got a notification to make my way to the spot and it will be ready in 5 minutes. Went there at the agreed upon time. Went into the lobby and proceeded to watch my name on the screen make no progress for over 300 seconds. Everyone who walked into my line of sight proceeded to ignore me for another 300 seconds. Finally someone who was probably in charge finally asked if I was waiting for an online order then they finally started to prepare it. Yall are not where it's at. I love your frostys. I love your nuggets and burgers. I've lived for a local Wendy's since 1993 where ever I may roam. Wander to present day. I have your Wendy's. I play cards at OMG like a block and a half away every Friday. I no longer go to your Wendy's for my Frosty Fix. I drive all the way to the one on Monterey and Dinah Shore where I've never had an issue. Yall trifling and shameful. Just give it up and let that be something else hopefully with better management and service.
