- RCRuth Corlee1 day ago1.0All 3 employees didn't even acknowledge we were waiting, juat stated. Super weird. I even said hi and they just stared at us. Bathroom doesn't work (big old OUT OF ORDER sign on it). No strawberries or bananas which eliminates legit half the menu. Go to a different location and save the hassle
- CRCo Ro5 days ago1.0Typically understaffed and exceptionally slow staff, one bewildered staff member at lunch rush hour with a line of customers waiting to place orders and standing room only customers waiting for drinks, this was my recent welcome here. How do Jamba Juice El Paseo SHAREHOLDERS not know how poorly run this location is? Health department were to see the condition of their limited seating with trash strewn about, counter smothered in handprints, there's no telling.. Read this review section for yourself, this place COULD surpass all expectations if only. Please stop making excuses by offering us condolences, serve your paying customers better. Without us you don't have business.

My group of almost 20 people walked in a bit unprepared and cause a little rush, but Angelina and Kenny, the two staff members on duty, handled everything with so much patience and grace. They not only took our orders efficiently but also helped us figure out what to get. Despite the large group, they got us all our orders in about out pretty quickly, which was impressive! I highly recommend this location and hope this review helps!
