Red wine was served warm, and it took multiple requests to receive ice water. The Alice Springs Chicken arrived cold and, after being reheated, returned dry and inedible. On the positive side, the ribeye was well seasoned and properly cooked. We experienced difficulty finding staff to close out the bill. The manager stated the chicken dish had been credited; our receipt showed it had not. The total was $115. Based on this visit, we will not be returning. Two stars.

The servers were nice, but we assumed management chose to have limited staff on duty. Service has been slow before at lunch, but this was the worst.

Actually have had better quality steak at Sizzler and the shrimp that was "off the Barbie", tasted as if it got left in a dehydrator rather than a barbie. Condiments were never offered. Had to ask for sugar for tea, twice - why wasn't it on the table? Portions were very small. I think we can find a better place anyday.

You chose to trade all the character of the original space for a cookie cutter sports bar aesthetic and a weak execution of that too. Big Mistake Outback...but food, service and hospitality were A1!

After I said something to the hostess, we finally got sat. Thank GOODNESS we were sat in the section that belonged to Dallas. He was the best waiter that we could have asked for. He was friendly, attentive, and so knowledgeable when it came to the menu. He anticipated our needs before we even asked for anything: refills, extra plates, napkins, dressings, everything! He even had tips for how to reheat our leftovers. He definitely made our experience. Thank you, Dallas!
