  We’ve used Jimmy John’s Palm Desert to cater several of our meetings and they’re consistently solid. The box lunches are perfect for groups—everyone gets to choose their sandwich and it comes with chips, a dessert, and a pickle spear, all clearly packaged and easy to hand out. Everything is always fresh (especially the bread) and the orders are accurate, which matters when you’re feeding a room full of people. Reliable, fast, and makes meetings way easier. Highly recommend.

  While the subs are good and somewhat affordable, the customer service needs attention. Went in today with my husband, the guy at register was not welcoming nor friendly. Seemed like he didn't want to be there my opinion. I asked him a question about the potato salad and if was homemade or store bought, he said ugh which store ? All stores are different? The point is I ask a question and you politely answer sir, without attitude. Especially if I'm spending my money there. What happened to hospitality and welcoming your customers? Jimmy John's do BETTER!

  The chicken bacon ranch sandwich was delicious! Great place to get a tasty sandwich! Nice place to sit down and eat.

  Great experience here, and the sandwich was fresh and made exactly as ordered, and was out super fast. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the place was clean, with plenty of seating. I love that the bread is always soft and has a nice crunch, and the ingredients taste really fresh. Online ordering was a breeze, and pick up was ready right on time, therefore, if you are looking for a quick and reliable lunch that actually tastes good, this location is solid, and I give it 5 stars.
