Any patron seeking to wait for a fresh batch of steak is allowed to do so; this is our prerogative as paying customers. The fact that you forced this customer into taking chicken vs. allowing them to wait for steak (all day if they wanted to!) is ludicrous. There was no one in line and therefore zero sense of urgency. If we are paying for food, we have the right to stand there all day if we want to. To force chicken on a person requesting to wait for a new batch of steak is not only rude but counter-intuitive to customer service. I'm writing this review on behalf of a family member considering they were so shocked by your actions as they unfolded that they didn't speak up. Do better!!

Even though she saw me ordering, she went back to work on avocados while I waited for her to finish. The dining room temperature must have been about 60 degrees. Extremely cold inside.
