The chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and had that fresh-off-the-grill flavor that Chipotle is known for. They packed it with the right amount of rice, beans, and corn, and the ingredients tasted super fresh/delicious. It's a bit pricey, but I guess inflation is here to stay. The tortilla was warm and soft, and the burrito was wrapped really well — didn’t fall apart halfway through like some places. The portion was generous too; definitely worth the money. The staff were quick, friendly, and didn’t rush me while I picked my toppings. The whole place was clean and smelled amazing. The only complaint was that none of the workers at this Palm Desert location seemed like they wanted to be there.... If you’re craving a solid burrito, get the chicken. This was easily one of the best Chipotle meals I’ve had in a while. I’ll definitely be back!

Any patron seeking to wait for a fresh batch of steak is allowed to do so; this is our prerogative as paying customers. The fact that you forced this customer into taking chicken vs. allowing them to wait for steak (all day if they wanted to!) is ludicrous. There was no one in line and therefore zero sense of urgency. If we are paying for food, we have the right to stand there all day if we want to. To force chicken on a person requesting to wait for a new batch of steak is not only rude but counter-intuitive to customer service. I'm writing this review on behalf of a family member considering they were so shocked by your actions as they unfolded that they didn't speak up. Do better!!
