I ordered the wings, bone-in traditional. You would think that since it's a wing bar, they would do wings well. Not the case. I believe that they must be using a 5 step cooking method here. First they must boil them, then fry them, after that they bake them, then they grill them before placing them in a dehydrator to insure their is minimal juice, tenderness, or flavor left in the wing. What you get is a shriveled up piece of chicken Jerry with the texture of desert worn boot leather. Good luck here.

Came in last night and food was kinda meh, the wings were like super scrawny and hard, not usually how BWW serves their food and didn’t feel like what we were eating was the freshest. Our server was nice though and I really appreciated the extra cups of dry rub and sauce and it was a lot quieter than most locations which is nice!

It is with considerable disappointment and frustration that I share this review of my recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. This was not just a poor dining experience; it was a deeply frustrating encounter that highlights a serious decline in both the quality of the food and, more distressingly, the level of customer service, particularly on a day meant to honor veterans.
Food Quality: Dry, Nasty, and "Meh"
Buffalo Wild Wings used to be a reliable spot, but the food quality has plummeted.
• The Wings: They were universally dry and nasty. The very item they are named for was poorly executed, lacking moisture and flavor, making for a truly unappetizing meal.
• The Wait vs. The Reward: While I understand the restaurant often offers a special or promotion for Veterans Day, the sheer length of the wait time was completely unjustified for such a sub-par product. This is decidedly "meh" food that is not worth a long wait.
Appalling Customer Service and Disrespect
The customer service was the most egregious part of this visit. It appears management needs to urgently address the attitude and priorities of their front-of-house staff.
• Hostess's Attitude: The hostess I interacted with had a palpable attitude and demonstrated a clear lack of desire to actually help a paying customer, let alone a veteran customer.
• A Slap in the Face: While she was supposedly assisting me, she asked if I needed more time to order (I promptly said no), then had the gall to excuse herself to bypass me and take the customers who were waiting behind me directly to their seats. This blatant display of rudeness and disregard for my time and presence is completely unacceptable.
Final Verdict: The Place Has Gone Down
This Buffalo Wild Wings location has clearly gone downhill. When you combine long waits, dry and nasty food, and a front-of-house staff that treats customers (especially veterans on a day dedicated to them) with such disrespect, you have a recipe for failure. Don’t waste your time.
