If you need anything from the customer service desk, don't go here - it is never, ever, ever, ever, EVER open. Badly managed, badly stocked, badly staffed. Always shorthanded up front (apparently staffing correctly is a huge challenge for this location) but walk through the store and see clusters of two or three employees leaning against the wall or chatting with each other. (Hilarious 'company' response.....probably written by an AI chatbot)

The staff were so friendly and helpful from start to finish. The breakfast was a highlight – made-to-order hot items like eggs, breakfast meats, pancakes, and hash browns, plus yogurt, cereal, toast, and more. Such a nice way to start each day. The room and property were very clean, and the service was excellent. I realized after checking out that I had forgotten a few items in a drawer; when I called, they located everything right away and held it so my daughter could pick it up. Easy peasy. I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to others visiting the area.
