  would like to share this feedback with respect and appreciation for the hard work of the staff. This restaurant has great potential and is clearly a place many people enjoy. However, during my visit, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The dining area felt somewhat neglected in cleanliness, and the food quality was not at its best. I ordered a chicken salad, and the vegetables did not taste as fresh as expected. It was later in the evening, and the team appeared very tired, which is understandable. However, a warmer and more welcoming attitude would greatly enhance the customer experience. One young employee stood out for his kindness and willingness to help, which made a positive difference. The new self-ordering system can also be challenging, especially for customers who are not comfortable with technology. I noticed some elderly guests feeling confused, and it would be helpful to have more staff support available for them. Additionally, my friend and I experienced a long wait for our order. When I asked about it, the response felt a bit rushed, and unfortunately, we had not heard our number being called. With a stronger focus on cleanliness, food freshness, and a more positive and supportive environment for both staff and customers, this restaurant could truly shine. This feedback is shared with respect and with the hope of seeing this place continue to grow and improve. God bless you all.

  They are extremely rude, and gave me so much attitude. Even though they gave me the wrong food. They said it was my fault because I pronounced it wrong! I did not, I said it very clearly, Extremely unprofessional. I miss the old manager!

  Called after going through the drive through because they gave me the wrong meal and I kept having to ask for missing items at the windows while the person arguing me what I was missing. When I called about the wrong meal that my husband allergic too since they add cabbage.. person that took my order needs to retrained since they cant take orders or not taking orders at all. Wrong whole meal and missing items. Ordered 10 tortillas got 2 and missing queso. They offered me 50% off my next meal. No thank you. U should be offering me a whole new meal.. I spent $37 dollars and you messed up my whole dinner. You think I'm coming back to experience that again. NO!! Manager I spoke to Vennessa Do better. !!! Based off the other reviews and my experience. The whole team at this location needs to be cleaned out and new staff needs to be hired that actually care about there jobs and cooking food and taking orders . N actually want to have customers service.
