I ordered light spice to my tofu asparagus and they added just enough for my taste. The tofu was browned a bit before tossing it with the veggies. Sometime at Asian style restaurants they don’t bother to brown it. I don’t like when the cook just dumps it in the dish all white and spongy. They did it right. Portions very generous.
