- MDMary Davison6 days ago2.0Really disappointed that they have bags with no handles. Clerk seemed to indicate this was forever. Staff is friendly, have trouble keeping shelves stocked. Time to look elsewhere.
- CVCristal VMar 26, 20261.0STEVEN at the register is absolutely RUDE, VILE AND DISRESPECTFUL! This store is my go to near my house. Never have I had a rude employee tell me by banging on the belt and telling my 14 year old daughter to hurry and get the stuff out of the basket! I immediately told him to calm down that he didn’t need to speak to my daughter that way as he proceeds to argue back with an attitude claiming he’s not talking to her in any way!! I said yes you are and banging on the belt and that no other person at the register had ever done or asked what he did and his response was “ well not with me” as I put my number for my discount ( he now gets my name) at this point I’m no longer speaking to Steven he continues by calling me by my name!!! “ok CRISTAL” with a disgusting attitude and continues arguing and claiming he wasn’t talking to my daughter in anyway that things need to come out of the basket because he’s trying to move the line along because it’s long !!! As everyone including my children are watching this disrespect! Once we left the store I had a gentleman behind us catch up to us in the parking lot to tell us he was indeed rude and I wasn’t in the wrong and that I should speak to a manager because his behavior was unacceptable!!!(which I did I called. Immediately and spoke to cynthia the manager on duty) I don’t believe this to be a random bad mood this man “STEVEN” clearly targeted a group of Mexicans thinking he could be rude and push my daughter around! RACISM is showing itself at my local Albertsons and with all the money I spend there on groceries I will not be going back and make sure to tell other brown colored skin people to be careful with STEVEN and this store while a racist, vile, rude employee works there! I’m 100% sure he has never hit the belt with his hand and told a white customer to hurry up and take things out of the basket!
