As for the employees way more personable and way more accommodating which is a 5 for service at any place for me thats all I want in my staff is to be personable, say hi and bye, and if I mess up my order don't make me scared for my life to ask for a replacement and all of those things happened when I came here and they were like "don't worry about it whatever you need i got you boo!" which was a way different experience then what I'm used to at the location which shall not be named offers. Tell me why, at some other locations, I am literally preparing for a fist fight if I need to change something on the fly with my order, its fast food its doesnt need to be that deep. As for atmosphere we'll this place feels like an upclass mcdonalds, still has that annoying hide the workers from view thing common at most mcdonalds nowadays but feels like thats becoming common out of saftey moreso then to make it easier for them to hide from you when they don't want to have to deal with you. So overall like I said at the beginning if you have the option between this place and some other locations opt for this one, only complaint is be prepaird to wait if your going through the drive thru, think most people are finding out this is the best in the area and it shows in it packed drive thru.

I pull up to the drive-thru and simply ask for a sausage and egg biscuit and the person taking the order didn't even know English and had to switch to another person to take my order. I then pull up to the window and a lady tells me to wait in one of the parking spots for the order to come out. I wait for nearly 20 minutes and then I go inside and I find my biscuit sitting on the counter for me to pick up as if I'm inside. Absolutely the worst and stupidest service I've ever encountered in my life. If McDonald's keeps this up it will be a massive trouble.
