  This is my go to grocery store. I hate to do this, because there are some good workers there. But this I came into this store to buy some stuff to make dinner after I just got off a 10hr shift over a week ago. I had a manager speak with me already saying a refund would be issued last week. I looked at my receipt and I understand mistakes happen, I would’ve understood if it was a double charge. No this case was weird, they charged me for an extra tray of meat I didn’t even bring up to the cashier. Keep in mind this was not a double charge of what I had. This was a completely different price that she manually inputted. There was no double sticker which they kept insisting was the case. Cashier : Yolanda which was very rude and the 5 minutes it took me to notice and walked back into the store she acted as if she didn’t remember me. She kept looking at me as if she was angry I even noticed. The manger came to help me. Asked me for a name and number. Please double check your receipts!!!! I kept asking how could this happen and they kept shutting me down. I hate to say me and my family cannot trust this place and won’t be back again. I used to work cashier for years and this was just unacceptable. If a mistake is made it should’ve been corrected.

  Maria Luisa the lady who sold me and the strawberry drink and cucumber drink she is an excellent person and her service was wonderful!

  Every time I come to the store all the checkers always have an attitude all of them no please no thank you have a good day nothing straight face and the roll your eyes. If at this store, they hire checkers that have attitudes. I would love to work here, I think me having an attitude I’ll be the number one checker. They need to rehire and trained their people. It’s sad.
