Went to use one of the self serve stations. It was glitching and kept sending me back to home screen. I put my light on to be helped, the manager made eye contact with me several times and completely ignored me. Went to another self service station and also had issues. Turned light on and again same issue, no acknowledgement from the staff. Waited over 40 minutes before leaving. Went through drive through and complained to the manager and he shut the window in my face and pretended not to understand. Worst service there. Also always get my orders wrong there. Not going back

This is insulting to customers we actually go to McDonald’s to save money.. It is a very shady practice sign to steer you to the app so they can sell your data or try for you not to care about the price. It is deceptive and a manipulative practice.
