I called the store to share my concerns and the individual who identified himself as the manager stated "I don't know what to tell you." I contacted Customer Care via the app several times and they failed to follow up. The individual who identified himself as the Manager refused to provide his name "for safety reasons." He also refused to provide me with the name and contact information of the franchisee or even to pass my information to that person. Instead I found it by doing a Google search and also found out this location was sued for $exual Harra$ment and settled the case for $165,000.
