  if 0 stars were an option i would give this place it, Made me wait 30 mins plus for 3 tacos to go and i didn’t even get them because i was gonna be late coming back to work wasted my 10 bucks and time, i do not recommend anyone going here if you wanna wait an hour for you’re food. now i gotta go to work hungry lmao ill have a better chance at going to taco bell next time haha wish i got a refund though. but who ever reads this save you’re self you’re time and go somewhere else.

  Before i say the bad i would like to say this has been my absolute favorite place for tacos. I wouldn’t have left a bad review if it wasn’t for the staff members being extremely dismissive, rude and laughing at the not funny situation Anyways here we go, i went last week as usual was sooo looking forward to eat a delicious meal when all of a sudden i noticed a RAT! 🐀 yuck! 🤮 I Immediately lost my appetite and got so grossed out because if there is a RAT while the place is packed with people, lights and music means rat is just comfortable now which means they are most likely infested! I went and said to the guy about the rat which he replied “ i know about the rats its annoying but we dont know what to do about it” wait what?! Very concerning i asked to maybe call pest control? He said he didnt know if the owner or manager did that already. Second staff member (young girl) said “we cant control what time the rat shows up its like when you go to the park and see a rat there is nothing you can do about it” WHAT?!!! How can you compare a park with a restaurant! People can get sick!! Its food! Which by the way my mom overheard the cooks laughing talking about “ its ok no big deal we can cook the RATS!! Disgusting! It is not a funny matter Truly heartbreaking as i will repeat again this was my absolute favorite place to eat tacos. Hope the owner is different than staff and resolves this horrible issue 🥺

  Rude employees Before I got my food I came with 100$ Still was Rude Other places would have been nicer... La Bonita is better !! 4 tacos 20$ Maybe I came on a bad day or something 🤔

  I’ve always had a great experience. The food is always delicious and I have mostly ordered online on the website and I’m glad there’s an app now!

  My favorite Mexican restaurant! Everything is delicious and I love their attention to presentation. Their salsas are some of the best salsa's! Very authentic and such a small hidden gem in Oxnard! their outdoor patio is beautiful and relaxing. Good vibes all around. I go 1-2 times a week and will keep coming back.
