  I have never had issues or complained about this location. I usually order the same thing, in and out easy. These last three visits, I have had two issues with this location. 1. I have visited this location after work on three separate occasions and have been told by the same person that their system is down and are only accepting cash. "Hope that's ok" um...no? 2. The guy on duty in the afternoon needs some coaching on customer service. First time, he didn't acknowledge/greet me or ask what I wanted. So I just stared back at him, am I being a Karen? idk, but at all other fast food chains you receive some sort of generic greeting and then place your order. He grabs the bread then tells me the system is down. I didn't have cash so I left. Second time, there was a new employee, the employee was struggling, there was a line behind me and the same guy mentioned before ignored everyone and was cleaning up stuff. System was also down but I had cash. The third time, the guy saw me walk in and walked into the freezer. So I waited, not a long time but still like its weird like he is hiding or something and same thing though, system was down.

  Ordered a reuben and they left out the sauerkraut. be weary of online ordering. Message said to make sure meat was hot and they gave me a cold sandwich.
