I tried speaking to him. He started raising his voice at me very rude customer service. They take forever to make the sandwiches ( from prior experiences with them ) and also the app, I don’t know if it doesn’t work with every franchise it’s different but it’s ridiculous. Doesn’t get your order wrong or it takes forever to get the order through. The cashier put me on the phone with The manager to speak with. Then the so-called manager claimed to be franchise owner when I asked for his corporate number he said he was a franchise owner very unprofessional very rude ridiculous. Never going there again waste of time and waste of my money. They actually robbed my money. Would not recommend this place they take so long and there’s no people there in line. Why are they taking long to make the orders?
