  Absolutely terrible experience. We waited over 30+ min for our dine-in order, and when it finally arrived, the food was completely cold, missing several items, and tasted like it had been sitting out. No one at the restaurant seemed to care or take any accountability, the staff just shrugged it off and offered zero solutions or apologies. Complete lack of professionalism and customer service. Will never be coming back here again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

  My comment keeps getting deleted. The manager laughed at us after waiting in the drive through side parking for a small order. We were told 5 minutes, I waited for 15 and then went inside only for her to laugh with the guy at the second window about messing up right in front of me after I asked for a refund!! How is this professional? The manager or assistant manager whoever she was then proceeded to give mmeeee and attitude.

  I stopped at the McDonald’s on Saviers Road yesterday, I thought I would try the fillet of fish, I always order it with extra tartar sauce, which usually guarantees you a fresh sandwich. I had noticed they just added the tartar sauce, which isn’t a big deal. If the sandwich had been fresh, it was like they nuked the bun. It was so rubbery couldn’t chew it. And I paid Extra for the tartar sauce. I showed it to a gentleman behind the counter and told him I didn’t want a refund. I just wanted to let them know that it sucked. The young lady in the sitting area was very nice and courteous. I didn’t take a picture of it. It looked like a hot mess after I was trying to find the good parts in it.
