  This is my local McDonald’s, and I know given all the other one stars and bad reviews, I haven’t had much of an issue here up until recently. I know this McDonald’s recently had a change in Management and sadly it seems it wasn’t for the better. Maribel, the new store manager, is incredibly rude and seems to be under qualified. The past few visits I’ve had I’ve mostly just heard the chastising words to her employees— today I actually witnessed it. I had a code for a large drink and a large fry. This code no matter what McDonald’s I go to NEVER works at the Kiosk. Most of the staff is chill about taking my order at the reg, but Maribel really seemed to be upset by this. There was an issue getting the code back up to use and instead of being understanding and presentable when her employee needed her manager powers, she greeted the situation with an eye roll and treated both me and the person taking my order like we were bothering her for making her… I dunno, do her job? I’m not normally one to complain. This location hired new management for any number of reasons, but I figured for the store to go in a better direction should have been one of them. Maribel seems to be unprofessional, unreliable and under qualified for this position. I’m all for second chances for everyone. So can corporate maybe give her better training? Maybe new technology is hard for her and it’s all over whelming and I totally get that. But that isn’t my fault nor her employees. Asking for help is always ok, poor customer service isn’t.

  Showed up around 9pm for a big maac and fries and someone had the audacity to give me my fries upside down so when I went to grab it all my fries fell out if you don't want to work there then you shouldn't and don't take it out on the customers.

  McDonald's doesn't provide Table service they call your name and you have to pick up your order at the counter when they have table service in the app. Why have it if they're not going to provide the service.

  This McDonald’s is just as bad as the Saibers one. The manager was clearly more concerned about drive-thru times than taking care of customers inside the store. Customer service was poor, which is frustrating considering how expensive the food has become. Paying premium prices for fast food but getting little to no service is a bad look. And ordering from a kiosk is a joke!

  8 dollars for a mini filet of fish, how disgusting and desperate for money is this people, the ingredients are not expensive, are not, I will never going to buy anything from macdonalds all the food is really bad and salty, the ice cream, now is horrible.
