They have this older lady taking orders behind the counter, and more than a couple times, including years I would say-she has been very unpleasant to deal with! She obnoxiously responds to any questions and acts as if we’re bothering her! I usually hesitate going because she seems to ALWAYS be there! If it’s not because of the great quality cakes and cleanliness of the bakery, I really would go elsewhere! I don’t mean to pick on her if this is because of her age or even due to certain disability, but she REALLY needs to work on being more patient and kind and pleasant because that is not good for us customers! I always leave angry when I encounter her!

Adam has always been there (i mean literally i remember seeing this guy 15 years ago lol) and he is so kind to my kids! Love coming here and probably won't shop elsewhere ever for groceries.

They took all the walk-ins before appointments so there's no reason to make an appointment. Also, I stood in line at the cashier only to be told that I had to check in on the other side. They should have a sign that says that! Very bad customer service.
