  Would give it zero stars, but gave it three because at least a handful of employees here are great. Management is 100% apathetic. I've started going to a Vons that is farther away, but I don't encounter problems there.

  Clean, staff friendly. 1st time in this store so I’m glad they were available. Only neg is they were short on Fresh Broccoli. Everything else was amply stocked.

  Came here to buy some champagne. I asked an older blonde lady working nearby for help opening the whine cellar. She told me she was too busy shopping for a customer and to go walk down to customer service to ask for help. I told her I had already asked multiple people for help and that I had been waiting for a long time. And she said, “Well MAYBE if I pass by customer service I will tell them” with an attitude… I asked in total 4 associates for help and waited for about half an hour for someone to finally help me…there was also another customer waiting but they just decided to leave. Terrible customer service.

  My mom and I where shopping at this Vons location Thanksgiving 2025 around 3:40pm. My mom was exiting the store and the cart all of a sudden stopped on her at the door and she injured her leg. We reported to a staff member (Albert) who was very polite and helpful was going passed the info to a manager who was supposed to call us back and never did. Im assuming the manager rather not deal with it but my mothers Thanksgiving was ruined and was in pain the whole night. She is better now but out of courtesy they should have called and acted more professional. They obviously dont care about their customers.

  I have been trying to grab some Pokemon from the vending machine for a x-mass/birthday present for my nephews. I live close and have been stopping 2-3 times a day to check it. I have seen these two every time, and today I was able to get pictures of the Vons Employee Scalpers. Crazy sad it’s the employees that are there all day, emptying the machines so kids can’t get MSRP items. People pay +50-150% above because of people like this. If their bosses can’t notice they are doing this on company time, taking part in stealing Christmas’s, and most off stealing from customers and their employers it must mean THE MANAGERS ARE IN ON THE SCALPING SCAM TOO. I went back 4 hours later to check and both guys were walking away and I was too slow for another pic. So then I reported it to store manager when I saw them Walk by and she would not even look at the pictures when I told her. She didn’t react surprised, also point to management ring in on it. My family spends on average $500+ per week on groceries and we are never shopping here again. Wouldn’t be surprised they were also scalping eggs, TP and Anything else that has limits due to covid or inflation over the past few years. ALL READING DON’T SHOP HERE. I WILL BE ORGANIZING NEIGHBORHOOD BOYCOTT ON VONS DUE TO WHAT APPEARS TO BE A SCALPING SCAMP. Scope out the pics I got this morning, I bet nothing will happen bc of this review. Our neighborhood is tight and we will band together. It might not be a huge hit to VONS but they will loose money when 50-100 family’s don’t shop here. Maybe in a year or two just the non-local people will shop here. I’ll be leaving yelp reviews, posting on all close to store next door groups and hitting social media soon. When I get paid next week I’ll be making flyers to put on all the car windows in the parking lot. THE COMMUNITY NEEDS TO JOIN TOGETHER TO HELP THE COMMUNITY. It’s not about a kid card game, it’s more. If management is in on it it’s on all products they can scalp and make profit on!
