Ordered a soft taco supreme. Cost me $3.49. It was mostly a flour tortilla! Contained about 1 teaspoon of beef, a tiny shot of sour cream, about 8 little pieces of diced tomatoes, and a pinch of lettuce! Will NOT be returning! Suggest you try another location of Taco Bell or else go to Del Taco! Where is quality and quantity control? Why are ingredients being eyeballed instead of measured?!!!

Over the past week, I have visited this Taco Bell location several times and experienced the same issue each visit when using the Venmo “Free Cantina Chicken Taco” deal. Each time I selected the offer through Venmo, the promotion failed to appear on my order receipt or in the restaurant’s system, even though I redeemed it correctly. I repeatedly had to show team members on my phone that the offer was active, which caused confusion, long wait times, and unnecessary conversations.
During my fifth visit, after explaining the situation, the staff handled the issue professionally and substituted the Cantina Chicken Taco for a Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito since I am allergic to the sauce on the Cantina item. The burrito is also a lower-priced menu item, so the substitution was fair and reasonable. During my most recent visit, another employee informed me that the same substitution could not be made again due to “inventory loss.” I previously worked for Taco Bell and understand that substitutions are allowed when a guest has an allergy or requests an equivalent or less expensive item. The ongoing problem appears to be a technical glitch in the Venmo promotion system, which prevents the restaurant’s registers from recognizing the redeemed offer. Customers should not be responsible for proving that a corporate promotion has been applied, and the process should be seamless. I also felt that this issue was handled with limited professionalism during my final visit, which was disappointing given my frequent visits and loyalty to this location. I encourage Taco Bell corporate to review how Venmo promotions are processed and to ensure that participating restaurants can properly verify and honor these offers. I also hope that staff members receive additional guidance on handling allergy-related substitutions and customer service concerns with empathy and consistency.
I truly enjoy Taco Bell and hope that future visits reflect the level of service and efficiency that loyal customers expect. (Also they included an extra burrito and an extra taco that I did not ask for) I think that’s where the confusion came from because I was only supposed to receive three burritos, I received 4 burritos and one taco. No wonder they said they couldn’t do that again. You guys seriously need to get your technical difficulties sorted out on the app when placing an order with a deal attached. Especially deals that are active for a couple months.
