Cosa que es difícil encontrar en este lugar. Ya tenía más de 5 años que no regresaba a este lugar porque había tenido una muy mala experiencia con una señora que atendía allí. Pero por la maravillosa calidad que tiene este joven para atender a los clientes, seguiremos comprando aquí. Lamentablemente el joven no traía su solapa con su nombre. Pero lo felicito por la gran personalidad que tiene. Una personalidad que sin duda te hace sentir que tu dinero vale y que no les vas a pedir nada regalo.

The employee working at the time—who told me her name was Maria—was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful throughout the interaction. She was not wearing a name tag and made the entire experience uncomfortable. I’ve always enjoyed Subway for its consistency and customer service, but this visit was frustrating and upsetting. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue, because no customer should be treated this way.
