    This place expensive you to do mobile order, drive thru or their little kiosk things. Hardly anyone to answer questions or even accept cash payments. Food was hot and wasn't busy but watched several people leave for lack of help

    Out of all the McDonald’s I go to this one is the worse. I left out newborn doctor appointment at 1020 and did a noble pick up order for breakfast and the app let me order and took payment. Now the line here always take forever and this time is the same. I get there at 1030 don’t get to the window till 1045 and they say breakfast is over. I tell them I have a mobile order that was approved and they said sorry it’s over. I ask for a manager no one there so it’s just a bunch of highscool kids working. Now I ask for a refund and they say yes do it thru the app. I go to the app and now the order gone so how do I get my refund??? No food they take my money and horrible service. Do not go to this store go over to Oxnard blvd or I’ll wait till I’m in Ventura to eat here from now on. Also side note they out of Grinch meals 2 days after they came out so if you want that go somewhere else
