Customer service was poor, which is frustrating considering how expensive the food has become. Paying premium prices for fast food but getting little to no service is a bad look. And ordering from a kiosk is a joke!

- AAAdiJan 13, 20261.0They have messed up my order multiple times. This recent visit I asked for a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle please remove the egg. She repeated no egg I said correct. Pulled up to get my food when I pulled out the place I noticed they gave me buns with bacon and cheese. Went back in and told the young guy at the window they messed up my order to which he replied ok what do you want. I said a McGriddle no egg then left 1 minute goes by and comes to ask me if I want bacon I said no bacon no egg. He then leaves again and hands me the food. I drive off and noticed they added bacon to it again. At this point I felt like they were doing it to be mess with me. I didn't eat it or went back since I was about to be late for work.
