I was waiting for about 45 minutes total which is crazy for a drive thru trip. Today I ordered a drink and instead of telling me they didn’t have the drink, they tried giving me a diet soda instead. I don’t like diet soda so I just asked for a different one, but they were still giving me the wrong sodas and wrong sizes. To top it off they didn’t give me any sauce at all which sucks. The team really needs to communicate with each other and also communicate with customers.
